The cage serves as the filter sleeve holder and should be lightweight, easy to install and straightforwardly accessible for maintenance operators. The quality of the cage directly affects the state of the filter and its durability. Each cage we produce is able to satisfy the seal, smoothness and perpendicularity requirements.
The standard version of the cages has a round profile and can be produced with a varying number of vertical wires – 6-8-10-12-16-20-24 – depending on the needs of the customer.

Round cage with Venturi
The venturi are cone-shaped devices located at the top of a tubular filter bag and used within pulse-jet dust collectors. The top of the venturi creates a negative pressure that pushes additional air down into the filter elements during pulsation.
They are used in the cement industry and food industry where dust deposits are removed from the filter via a powerful airflow.
CleanAir Europe offers its customers a complete line of specially-designed venturi, available in a range of construction materials including aluminium, stainless steel, pre-galvanised and PVC. Our cages can be supplied with an integrated diffuser, permanently fitted. Factory installation ensures the proper fitting, being fundamental for the optimum performance of baghouse dust collectors.
Round star-shaped cage
The cages with inner star rings for filter sleeves are used in dust collectors and serve to increase the efficiency of dust collection through the filter sleeve. The nature of the star allows the filter bag to take on a pleated shape with a filter surface 1.7-2.4 times greater than a regular cylindrical filter.
