We tested an oval basket with 15 longitudinal wires and 8 rings with a standard collar using a forklift.

In the end the welds remained intact and only the collar was broken. Although the quality of the welding is extremely optimal, CleanAir wanted to obtain a certification on the welds to offer the customer and place on the market products with a very high quality standard.

We will soon get the ISO 3834 welding certification which gives the standard dedicated to welding and defines useful guidelines for welding activities, both for those who carry them out and for those who evaluate them.

The 3834 system is integrated with ISO 9001 for all of its functions and guarantees the traceability of all documents.
