Crate Protection
Packaging solutions are optimised to protect the cages during transport and ensure the quality of the product reaching its destination.
In addition to the wooden packaging for transporting the cages [Custom cases], polyethylene finishes are available to protect the cages from the elements and from adverse and varying climatic conditions. For this reason, we have developed a range of protection types that adapt to any form of transport.
Crates with an indistinct finish
Indistinct finishes with blue polyethylene and the crate open on one side
We have developed this kind of protection in order to meet the customer’s requests to be able to send the packaging directly to its destination with unmarked protection.
There is also the possibility of further customizing the crate by entirely covering the cages that have undergone treatment.
Crates with finishing for cages subjected to the EcoHPC Plus cataphoresis treatment
Yellow polyethylene finish and crate closed on both sides
Our cataphoresis cage comes encased in yellow packaging that completely protects the cages from the elements during transport. This type of protection is provided for all cages subject to cataphoresis treatment.
On request, the crates can be customized in various ways, including: the top-of-the-range with individually packaged bags that form an additional protective barrier and the use of Styrofoam sheets positioned between the cages to separate and further protect from rubbing during transport.
Casing with individually-protected cages
Individually bagged and casing open on both sides
This crate is particularly suitable for protecting cages from the elements, requested by customers requiring maximum defense during transport.
This type of protection is provided only upon request. To request information about costs, please contact our sales staff.
Pre-galvanised cage crate
Lateral and front openings covered with grey polyethylene
This type of crate has been developed to allow maintenance operators working at the installation sites to immediately recognize the type of material in which the cage was realized. The details can be found on the front of the crate, which also bears a series of other details that can be found on our website.
Steel cage crate
Open side and front covered with green polyethylene
The front of the CleanAir packaging bears this finishing to identify the type of material of which the cage is composed, facilitating determination during handling and storage.
The highly-resistant steel cages are used in environments that require a higher stress due to the types of fumes released during industrial processes.
