T-BOX for samples
Through our experience and the research that we have conducted in order to ensure a better service for our customers, we have developed the tubular T-Box, being the perfect way to ship samples whilst ensuring safety during transport.
Some customers require a sample of the cage before proceeding with production in order to carry out tests and assess the characteristics at their premises.
In the past, samples would be delivered using a wooden crate which, in addition to being bulky, was heavy and expensive. To solve these issues problem, we decided to research something easier to transport and store, reducing both the bulk and costs.
Safety
The cage is properly secured in the tubular T-Box to prevent possible damage during transport. The outer side of the cardboard packaging is durable and long-lasting, with a thickness able to ensure resistance to deformation and accidental impacts. To guarantee better strength and seal, at the opposite end of the tubular T-Box are two removable plastic caps that have been fitted in order to strengthen both the seal and the waterproofing.
Characteristics
With the use of this solution, the filter sleeve can also be included in the tubular cardboard packaging together with the cage. This facilitates the easy supply of the bag in combination with the cage directly to the end customer.
Technical Characteristics
The thickness and strength of the T-Box render it practical and easy to handle thanks to the high-quality raw material used for its production. In addition, the T-Box is an environmentally-friendly and non-toxic product that is completely recyclable. Thus, it can be reused several times over or swiftly disposed of in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Customization
In accordance with the needs of our customers, we are able to offer pieces that are entirely custom-made. In order to provide broader product customisation, CleanAir Europe can supply the T-Box based on the customer’s size and colour requirements. In addition to being dimensioned according to the various needs, it can be tailored through printing and logo application, satisfying any visual requirements.
